Type: Commercial
Location: New York City
Located across from the New York Times building, this is the second location we designed for the Bagel Market chain. The concept behind these stores is conceived as a lasting space – solid, grounded, and built to last.
Rather than replicating a standard template, each store is unique while sharing a consistent architectural language. Materials and colors are thoughtfully chosen to establish brand identity without sacrificing individuality.
At 40th Street, cast-in-place concrete counters, minimalist cement floors, and simple glass display boxes define the space. This location also introduced a custom concrete bench, reinforcing the theme of solidity and weight.
Color, lighting, and playful neon Pac-Man details bring a distinct character to this location.
