B&B Martini

B&B Martini is a renovation and addition project transforming an existing structure into a contemporary bed & breakfast and restaurant. The new construction is characterized by a bold horizontal composition, grounded by a corten steel base and topped with a floating band of glass.

The panels were custom laser-cut and installed with concealed fasteners to maintain a clean, seamless appearance. Above, a continuous back-painted glass fascia houses the guest rooms. The back-painted glass was designed with a graduated transparency, shifting from a more opaque lower section to a clearer upper portion.

The design balances material heft with visual lightness, merging industrial clarity with the warmth of hospitality.
