Regalini Competition

Type: Residential
Location: Brescia, IT

The competition called for the design of two new buildings: a residential complex and an office structure. The proposal introduces an office building with a fully open ground floor, fostering a direct connection between the surrounding public green areas and the building’s entrance.

The residential building is composed of a single-story base topped by a series of multi-story towers. Ground-floor apartments benefit from private gardens, while shared green spaces promote a sense of community.

The facades are clad in a combination of stone and perforated metal panels. A system of accordion-style shutters allows the residential facade to shift dramatically, offering flexibility in light, privacy, and expression.
